Villa Balani started its activity in 2002. Initially there were only two rooms. Over the years the activity has expanded reaching 32 rooms in total, with a capacity of 100 persons. The hotel is owned by the Balani Family. It is managed by Skender Balani mechanical engineer and his two sons, Besart Balani physician and Kreshnik Balani software architect.

With work and dedication Villa Balani has received the evaluation 9.4/10 in booking.com based on more than 100 reviews. The hotel has changed its name in 2018 from Villa Parajsa to Villa Balani.

Balani Family

Skender's parents were placed in the Durres beach area in 1954. The proximity to the sea made Balani family welcome many families from Tirana who spent the weekend at the beautiful beach of Durres. In the early 1990s, the first tourists from Italy were welcomed at Balani family home. In 1994, the family emigrated to Greece until 2001. In 2001 they decided to return to Durres with the intention to start working in tourism.
